The Internal Revenue Service 990 Tax Form has been redesigned. It is the form that most tax-exempt organizations file annually with the IRS. The new form is placing greater emphasis on the board of directors' role in overseeing the financial affairs of nonprofits. This DC Bar Pro Bono Program will provide information on these changes
