The site offers nonprofits the opportunity to research grant guidelines and create online proposals that are submitted directly to member foundations.Participating foundations, which pay a fee, are provided with access to a grantmaking and reporting system that facilitates online proposal reviews.

A for-profit company that allows charities and nonprofit organizations to inform potential donors about their work and match donations to specific projects. Grantseekers can post grant proposals or donation requests by category.
The site will begin charging an annual fee after December 30, 1999.
