IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Fannie E. Rippel Foundation is not accepting unsolicited proposals for funding. Please check for website updates, including the launch of a new website design and specific areas of interest for funding proposals. The Foundation is legally restricted to areas of activity within the objects and purposes outlined in its Certificate of Incorporation. The Trustees are not permitted to make grants for any projects which do not fall within these purposes. Overhead costs are not usually funded in the Foundation’s grants. No grants may be made to individual persons. As the Foundation imposes time limitations upon grantees on the fulfillment of grant terms, it supports only those projects which will move along rapidly to full completion. Grant payments are made at intervals throughout the year. While at times the Foundation may solicit RFPs to identify potential grantees that can fulfill a specific area of interest, we do not anticipate such a need before FY2009 (which ends April 2009). The Foundation’s 990-PF is available online at GuideStar’s website: www.guidestar.org
