Church Funding
As was the case in 2007, applications from churches will not be accepted in 2008. Comprehensive review is ongoing and the issue is even more complex than we originally thought. Our Distribution Committee was close to crafting a policy for 2008 only to discover that the proposed criteria would have potentially overwhelmed these Foundations with the sheer number of churches that would have qualified. Clearly, much work remains to be done. This notice will therefore be updated on or before March 1, 2009. Your patience in this regard is appreciated.

Feasibility Studies
It is our policy not to participate in feasibility studies. The rationale for this policy is that the success of a fundraising campaign should not hinge on Champlin participation.
